My works are influenced by what I feel and what I see. Doorways, windows, architectural features, trees, rocks, and clouds intrigue me with their colors, shapes , spaces and most of all their mystery. Burned out objects have a lushness. They retain elements of the original and have gone through a process that cleans the object and at the same time makes it incredibly filthy. Not to mention the smell.

Colors appeal to me through their juiciness. Textures appeal to me on too many levels to be specific
